Art therapy is a type of mental health counseling that engages art, like drawing and painting, as a way to express emotions and gain insight about roadblocks you may be experiencing.

You may benefit from art therapy if you’re feeling stuck or struggling, are moving through a new and challenging life phase or you are simply seeking to release some anxiety, stress or sadness by cultivating your creativity and connecting with the beauty in your life.


About Carolyn Crotty

Art Therapist, MA, ATR, LCMHC, RYT (she, her)

Carolyn has over 14 years of experience helping adults and teens through challenging emotions and experiences. She is licensed in both VT and MA and has extensive training in trauma-informed care.

She offers individual in-person and telehealth sessions that incorporate creative art as a tool for developing your insight and clarity about where you've come from and where you're longing to go in your personal growth. She also offers supervision and billing support to pre-licensed clinicians as well as consultation in regard to building a private practice.
